At Stérilor, we understand that purchasing a treatment device is an investment. We do everything we can to provide you with the best warranties on the various components of our devices. Stérilor products are sold with a warranty that varies depending on the product range.

Below are the details of the warranties (unit, electrolysis cell, and probes):

EVO One

• Unit: 2 years
• Electrode: 3 years

EVO Uno

• Unit: 3 years
• Electrode: 3 years

EVO DUO

• Unit: 3 years
• Electrode: 3 years
• pH probe: 1 year

EVO pH

• Unit: 3 years (excluding consumables)
• Blue pH probe: 1 year

EVO Rx

• Unit: 3 years (excluding consumables)
• Redox probe: 1 year

Stéridos

• Unit: 2 years
• Redox probe: 1 year
• Santoprene tube: 1 year
• Roller holder: 1 year

After-sales service warranties

All after-sales service interventions and spare parts used in repairs are guaranteed for 3 months.

Eco-contribution

In accordance with environmental regulations, an eco-contribution is applied to some of our products to contribute to the collection and recycling of end-of-life electrical and electronic equipment.

The applicable amounts are as follows:

• €0.60 excl. tax for electrolysers
• €0.14 excl. tax for control and dosing devices

This eco-contribution is included in the displayed price and paid to approved organizations responsible for the treatment and recycling of equipment.
