How to request?

To allow us to process your request fully and efficiently, please provide your full name and contact details.
Furthermore, as the exercise of these rights is strictly personal, you must attach a copy of your ID to your request.
Finally, we recommend that you clearly indicate in the subject line the specific right you wish to exercise.

Response time

We commit to responding to your request as quickly as possible, and no later than one month from receipt of your request.
Within that period, we will keep you fully informed of the steps taken to respond to your request.

With whom do we share your data?

We are the primary recipient of your data. However, some of our activities may be subcontracted. Rest assured that POOL TECHNOLOGIE never sells collected data to third parties.
Certain information may be transferred to our distribution network if one of our partners is concerned by your request, particularly when you submit one. In this case, you are informed during data collection. These are the only entities with whom we share your personal data.
